    Firstly, if you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing the order please check your junk or spam mail. If this confirmation is not found, please contact us on our contact form on the home page regarding the problem and we will assist you as soon as possible.

    Once you have placed your order, it cannot be changed. If incorrect shipping details have been provided regarding your address please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our upmost to rectify this before the order is shipped.   • What do I do if my order arrives faulty or incorrect?
    Firstly, we are very sorry if this is the case and it is not something which occurs regularly. Please use the contact form on our home page to email us and let us know the problem and we will rectify this situation as a matter of urgency.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship worldwide from the UK.
  • How long does shipping take?
    For UK standard shipping this aims to be within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Or if you selected the speedy shipping option your order aims to be with you within 1-3 working days. For EU orders, this aim to be with you within 5-7 working days from when your order was placed. International shipping orders will aim to be with you within 5-9 working days. Please allow for some slight delays in busy times and with the ongoing pandemic.
  • How much is shipping?

    If you selected the tracked option at checkout your tracking number will be in the shipping confirmation email. Please follow the link in this email. If you have not received this email, please use our contact form to get in touch regarding this with your name and order number and your tracking number will be sent to you.

    If you selected the tracked option please use this to track where your order is. If your delivery has exceeded our typical delivery times please contact us and we will look into this for you.
  • Can I get a refund?
    We do not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards. All items bought under normal prices are eligible for refund. Please return within 21 days of placing your order. For a refund the item must be unused and unwashed and within the original packaging with tags still attached.   • How long do returns take to be processed?
    Once we have received the order back we will take 2-5 business days to process the refund. Once we have checked all conditions are met with the return we will refund you the full item price paid and send you a confirmation email. The money can take up to 10 working days to show in your account depending on the bank you are with. If any problems occur please check with your bank first.
  • Can I exchnage my item?
    Yes we can arrange exchanges for you by returning the item to reorder the exchange you would like. Exchanges are done this way for stock reasons to ensure the set you would like is available after we have received your order. The exchange must occur within 21 days of placing the order and be in the same condition as sent out: unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags still on. Please leave a note with your name and order number. Once we have received the order we will refund you the item price and you can then re-order the set you would wish.
